Three groups: before you file, after you file, and the ones about your data.

Before you file.

25% of the compensation we recover, only if we recover it. If the claim fails, you pay nothing. You see the exact split before you confirm.
Most claims settle in 6 to 12 weeks. Cases the airline contests take 4 to 9 months. Cases that go to court take 12 to 18 months. We handle every step.
A flight number and a date to start. A booking confirmation or boarding pass helps. We never ask for your passport, ID, or bank details at intake.
Yes. EU and US law both let you claim directly with the airline. We exist for cases where airlines stall, deny without basis, or require legal escalation. About two-thirds of self-filed claims are rejected on first contact. We handle the rejection cycle for you.
Probably yes. 2 to 3 years in most EU countries, 6 in the UK, 10 in Sweden. Send it in and we will tell you within 24 hours.
Often you can still claim. Vouchers are a separate remedy from compensation. If the airline made you sign a settlement that explicitly waives your rights, we will tell you upfront whether the claim is still viable.
No. What matters is which jurisdiction your flight falls under, which depends on where it departed, where it arrived, and which airline operated it.
The EU, UK, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland under EC 261. The US under DOT rules. Brazil under ANAC 400. International flights worldwide under the Montreal Convention. If your flight is not covered by any of these, we will tell you immediately.

After you file.

We escalate. First to the relevant national enforcement body. If needed, to court. You pay nothing extra. We cover the legal costs.
Directly to your account. We invoice our fee only after the money has arrived. You never pay us up front.
Yes. You will get an email every time the claim moves: submitted, first response, escalation, settlement, payout. You can also check status in your account at any time.
We only accept offers that match what the law actually requires. If an airline offers less, we reject it on your behalf and keep pushing.

Your data.

Yes. We use your data only to file your claim and transfer your payout. We never sell, share, or repurpose it. You can request deletion at any time.
Because we do not need them until the airline has confirmed payment. Any site that asks for bank details on day one should be a red flag.
